We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about a scheduled migration of all PAX terminals taking place on November 14th.

This migration involves moving all terminals from one PAXSTORE instance to another.

We want to assure you that this migration will not impact your business operations. The PAXSTORE Client app on the terminals will be automatically replaced during this process. There is no need for any additional software updates on your end.

Please note that the update process is expected to take a few seconds only, during which the PAXSTORE Client app on the terminals will be automatically replaced.

We have taken all necessary steps to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Our team will be on standby to provide support and address any concerns you may have during this migration.
